Shipping Information:
In-stock orders are shipped the same day if recieved before 2 pm Eastern time. We use UPS Ground and UPS Second Day Air* and have our own delivery service to local areas (see shipping map). We will inform you in the event of a backordered item.
For in-store pickup, please call ahead to verify your order is ready to pickup.
* Please note that some items (typically chemicals, presurized cans and regulated other items) are not allowed to be shipped via USP Air.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy
Non-damaged items may be returned for credit (excluding shipping charges) if they are still in the original packaging and have not been used. Please contact us for an RMA number prior to return shipping. Items picked up at the store or delivered locally my be returned to the store without prior RMA.
Damaged items should be returned to our store for replacement or refund. If it appears that the item was damaged in shipping, please note the damage with UPS.
